Delete your DriveOps account

If you are using the DriveOps mobile app or web platform and would like your account deleted or specific data removed, you can submit a request below. We respond within 30 days.

Delete your account

Submitting a full account deletion request will:

  • Disable your DriveOps login within 30 days of a verified request.
  • Remove your name, contact details, profile photo, and saved account preferences.
  • Anonymise journey data tied to your account. Driver and vehicle identifiers are stripped; the resulting anonymous records are retained for emissions reporting and industry sustainability analytics.
  • Retain financial records as required by UK tax law (HMRC requires VAT records to be kept for 6 years and company tax records for 7 years).

Account closure is irreversible. You will lose access to any productions you are part of and any data tied to your account.
